The biggest mistake that we make is we forget that these are people playing a sport that we made up... If we forget that there are people first, you have to have ontology and a sense of being and who they are before you can really allow for the empiricism that we want to infiltrate the space.
If I'm doing my job well, I'm making everyone else's job easier. And whether that's people below me, people above me, people beside me, people outside of the organization.
Are we doing things because we believe them to be real and important? Or are we doing things because we believe it's what's expected... What stories do you want to be telling in that moment?
