Announcing Teamworks Camps
We are excited to unveil a unified Teamworks brand in which our products take on functional names and are intuitively organized within product categories that mirror the departments within elite sports organizations. This name change and product organization within categories is an effort to simplify our technology offerings and align with our vision of integration and transformation.
As a part of this refresh, we have evolved some of our product names, and ARMS Camps will now be known as Teamworks Camps. Nothing else will change with the product besides the name and logo; it is still the market-leader in end-to-end camp management.

How will this name change affect my user experience?
The only changes to the user experience will be the product name, color (in some instances) and the icon in the logo. This visual change will happen gradually throughout the month of April. At this time, both your desktop dashboard and mobile app with reflect the updated branding.

Teamworks Operations is a product category offered within Teamworks’ Operation System for Sports™. It is a complete technology solution to help your operations staff efficiently coordinate logistics, effectively communicate, and manage inventory from anywhere.
Can a customer bundle and purchase the products within the Teamworks Operations Category? Are there discounts?
Yes, customers can purchase multiple products within a Teamworks product category. No automatic discount is applied to multiple products; however, we offer bundle discounts with our Teamworks Elite program. Please connect with your account executive to discuss this opportunity.
Does this new name change who my Customer Success or Product Success contact is at Teamworks?
No, you will still have the same support team at Teamworks.
Will this name change impact customer invoices?
Yes, moving forward, the product listed on your invoice will be Teamworks Camps instead of ARMS Camps; however, Teamworks will still issue the invoice.
